Policies

Deposit Policy
To secure your scheduled nail services at Lil Luxury Nails, a non-refundable appointment deposit of $20 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service you have booked.
The $20 deposit is mandatory for all nail services and are non-refundable, regardless of any changes or cancellations made to the appointment. Deposits MUST be made at time of booking. For client’s 50+, please contact the salon directly for assistance.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the $20 deposit will not be refunded & is considered forfeit. Lil Luxury Nails understands unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, the deposit remains non-refundable.
Please call, text, or email us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel at 858-398-1093 or email us at lilluxurynails@gmail.com.
Rescheduling is always welcomed but will require a new $20 deposit. We are VERY understanding, please contact us directly with any concerns.
Harassment & Bullying Policy
Creating a safe, respectful, and empowering space for all.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or bullying in any form.
Everyone who enters our salon—clients, staff, and visitors—is expected to treat others with kindness, dignity, and respect.
What We Do Not Tolerate:
- Verbal or Physical Harassment
- Aggressive tone, yelling, or threats
- Discriminatory remarks (based on race, gender, sexuality, appearance, disability, etc.)
- Intimidation or physical aggression
- Bullying Behavior
- Repeated rude, demeaning, or unwelcome comments
- Spreading rumors or malicious gossip
- Intentional exclusion or undermining of others
- Digital & Online Harassment
- Harassing or threatening messages via text, email, or social media including reviews
- Posting false or harmful content about the salon, staff, or clients
- Tagging, DMing, or commenting inappropriately on personal or business pages
- Sharing private information without consent
Reporting & Action
If you experience or witness harassment or bullying, please report it to salon management immediately. All reports will be taken seriously and handled confidentially.
Depending on the situation, actions may include:
- A formal warning
- Refusal of service
- Being banned from the salon
- Legal action for serious offenses

Refund & Refusal to Pay Policy
At Lil Luxury Nails, we are committed to providing high-quality nail services and ensuring client satisfaction. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policy regarding refunds and refusal to pay:
No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any services or products. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us at the time of your appointment so we can address your concerns immediately. We will do our best to make reasonable adjustments during the same appointment session.
Refusal to Pay: Refusing to pay for completed services is considered theft of service and will be treated seriously. In such cases, we reserve the right to contact law enforcement and pursue legal action if necessary.
Service Guarantee: While we do not offer refunds, we do stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience issues within 3 days of your appointment, please contact us to discuss a one-time complimentary fix at the discretion of the nail technician.

Policy Exceptions
Lil Luxury Nails reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
Exceptions will be granted at the discretion of Lil Luxury Nails management. We reserve the right to decline bookings for repeated cancellations.
FOR SENIORS 50 and over only: Please contact us directly at 858-398-1093 to book for special exceptions.

Payments Accepted
All major credit & debit cards as well as cash or Venmo. A 2.9% processing fee is applicable on all card transactions.
Deposit is required at time of booking for nail services, please review our deposit policy.
Payment for service in full is required at time of service. Your deposit will be applied to your service.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON NAIL OR HEALING SERVICES
