Custom Order - Liz G - Broken China

This set was inspired by ancient Chinese traditions. Kintsugi is the ancient tradition of repairing broken China with a gold lacquer. It is believed that it is our challenges, hard times,  & "broken" pieces are what make us a beautifully imperfect whole. 

I was also drawn to include a peacock feather & while researching, came to find the symbolism of the peacock comes from ancient China, too! It is believed the eyes of the Peacocks tail represent fame, fortune & luck as they enhance one's protection & awareness. 

It appears ancient China is calling you my love. Will you answer the call?
